YouTube channel connection errors and fixes

If your YouTube channel is not connecting, try these steps:

1. Make sure you are signing in with the correct Google account

Your YouTube channel must be on the Google account you use to sign in to SocioMee.

2. Grant all requested permissions

SocioMee requires specific YouTube permissions to access analytics and upload videos. If you declined any permissions, disconnect and reconnect.

3. Clear browser cookies and try again

Stale authentication tokens can cause connection failures.

4. Check if your channel is brand account

If your YouTube channel is a Brand Account (not a personal channel), you may need to sign in through the Brand Account manager.

5. Disconnect and reconnect

Go to Settings → Channel → Disconnect YouTube, then reconnect from scratch.

If the issue persists, email [email protected] with your channel URL and a screenshot of the error.
