How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no questions asked.

How to cancel:

1. Log in to your SocioMee dashboard

2. Go to Settings → Billing

3. Click Cancel Subscription

4. Confirm your cancellation

What happens after cancellation:

Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period

You will not be charged again

Your account reverts to the Free plan (20 credits/month)

Your content history and account data are retained

You can resubscribe at any time

Note: We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. If you have a billing dispute, contact [email protected].
